Kabir is a seasoned professional adept in quality management, leadership, and market development. With extensive experience in beverage and agriculture sectors, he excels in stakeholder management, operations, and sustainable practices including lithium batteries and EVs. Formerly, as Director at Palmer Merci, London, he showcased expertise in business development and marketing. Earlier roles include Head of Business Development & Marketing at W R Carpenters Agriculture & Manufacturing in Papua New Guinea, focusing on specialty coffee. With a background in Unilever’s leadership team, Kabir’s skills encompass quality assurance, HR, and supply chain management, driving excellence and growth globally.
P. Kishore
Managing Partner
With over 25 years of experience in tea and coffee plantations across India, Africa, and Papua New Guinea, Kishore is a seasoned professional in agriculture practices and manufacturing systems. Having served as a Senior Manager Plantations in both India and Papua New Guinea, he has managed over 1000 hectares concurrently. Kishore’s versatility in plantation modules, coupled with his understanding of market demands, enables him to adeptly navigate both emerging and traditional markets.
